Also have your Personal Identification Number (P.I.N.) available. Please call our bookkeeping department (217/632-3818) before using Phone Bank for the first time. We will assign you a P.I.N.. You have the option of changing this P.I.N. to a new four-digit number that only you know.

To use this convenient service simply call 632-TNBP (632-8627) from any touch-tone phone. When you are out of town you can access your account information by calling NBP Phone Bank at 1-877-632-TNBP (1-877-632-8627).
